This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who thrives in a dynamic production environment and enjoys balancing customer demand, operational efficiency, and production performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing short-term production schedules
  • Ensuring production plans meet customer demand and delivery targets
  • Optimising labour, equipment utilisation, and manufacturing efficiency
  • Supporting stock level management and MRP planning
  • Working closely with operations, commercial, and factory management teams
  • Responding quickly to production issues and changing priorities
  • Attending operational planning and performance meetings

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous planning/scheduling experience within FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of production processes
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail and deadline focus
