The business has a long-standing history within the helicopter sector and provides specialist maintenance, servicing, component repair and overhaul capabilities to a range of established helicopter manufacturers and operators.

With substantial hangar and workshop facilities and specialist capabilities across both airframe and component maintenance, the organisation has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, quality and reliability.

We are now seeking an experienced Safety & Compliance Manager to take responsibility for maintaining and developing the organisation's Part-145 compliance and safety standards.

The Role

This is a key position within the organisation, requiring an experienced aviation professional who can combine strong technical knowledge with effective leadership, communication and a pragmatic, can-do approach.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring continued compliance with applicable Part-145 requirements, procedures and regulatory standards, while supporting a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the business.

The role is subject to the necessary Authority approval.

About You

We are looking for someone with

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Part-145 requirements, procedures and associated regulatory standards.
  • A minimum of five years' relevant experience across both airframe and component maintenance, ideally covering Part-145 A and C ratings.
  • Strong understanding of safety, compliance, quality and maintenance processes within a regulated aviation environment.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in areas such as Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and Part-145.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the confidence to work effectively across technical and operational teams.
  • A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while maintaining appropriate independence and authority in matters relating to safety and compliance.

Previous approval by EASA/CAA on Form 4 for a Part-145 Safety & Compliance Manager position would be a significant advantage.
