About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a genuine passion for events to join an expanding team.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including festivals, venues, and live events.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate eager to launch their career in the events and technology sector.

You’ll play a key part in supporting client success while also contributing to a more sustainable future.

As an Account Executive, you’ll act as the primary contact for your clients, ensuring they gain maximum value from the platform while fostering strong relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Deliver engaging platform demonstrations and show new clients how to maximise its features.
  • Provide thorough onboarding and training to help clients get up and running smoothly.
  • Review and optimise ticket builds, offering advice to improve setups.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships through regular check-ins and proactive support.
  • Lead client meetings, both online and in person, to review progress and identify new opportunities.
  • Offer ongoing support to guarantee clients’ events run successfully.
  • Growing the Business
  • Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services and features.
  • Work alongside the Account Manager to create tailored growth strategies.
  • Help retain and expand client accounts by ensuring satisfaction and showcasing value.
  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations for prospective clients when needed.
  • Training & Implementation
  • Deliver onsite training sessions for clients as required.
  • Assist with hardware setup and provide training for physical ticketing solutions.
  • Maintain and update training resources to keep them relevant.
  • Ensure clients are confident in using all features essential to their success.
  • Partner with the customer support team to resolve client issues quickly.
  • Share client feedback and feature requests with the development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates.
  • Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and wider business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Patient and resilient when solving client challenges.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a genuine interest in personal and professional growth.
  • Professional and confident when representing the business in client-facing settings.
  • Flexible and adaptable, eager to learn and adjust to evolving client needs.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in events, account management, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Knowledge of the events or festival industry and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and account management tools.
