  • Creating tailored and memorable customer experiences for both B2B and B2C visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects the Steelcase brand.
  • Collaborating closely with sales teams, dealers, and partners to design and execute impactful client visits aligned with business objectives.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the studio, including space readiness, scheduling, catering, and technology setup for client engagements.
  • Coordinating logistics for mock-ups, materials, and product displays, ensuring the space is always presented at a high standard.
  • Overseeing customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Maintaining the showroom environment, materials library, and supplies to support both client and employee experience.
  • Handling facilities-related activities and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless operations and quick resolution of issues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within a B2B environment preferably.
  • Experience working in operational environments such as showrooms, facilities, or similar spaces.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels.
  • Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) and technology.
  • Understanding of health & safety practices in a workplace environment.
