About Us

We run some of the games industry’s most respected global events and media platforms, including the Big Indie Pitch (BIP) – a long-running competition connecting indie developers with publishers, platforms, and investors worldwide. As we relaunch and expand BIP globally in 2026, we’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and passionate individual to help take it to the next level.

The Role

This is a unique hybrid role combining partnerships, events, community, and commercial responsibilities. You’ll be the industry-facing lead for all indie developer initiatives, acting as the key point of contact for developers, indie groups, and partners worldwide. You’ll grow and manage the Big Indie Pitch series globally – from onboarding new partners and communities, to hosting events, to shaping how we engage with indie developers across our ecosystem. This includes the commercial angle, as well as strategy, and live delivery. This role is ideal for someone socially confident, who loves indie games, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited by international travel and industry networking.

Overview of Priorities

  • Run best-in-class pitch events that developers, sponsors, and partners value
  • Scale the Big Indie Pitch globally (alongside our current events) via partner events and collaboration partnerships
  • Turn the BIP into a sustainable, revenue-generating business unit by generating qualified leads for the sales team
