Maternity Leave Cover Sales & Office Administrator Key Responsibilities Sales Administration Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations and follow up as required.
Process sales orders and check customer purchase orders for accuracy.
Liaise with Sales and Operations to resolve order queries or discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order records on Statii.
Record quotation outcomes and reasons for lost business.
Keep management informed of order amendments, cancellations and customer issues.
Assist the Sales Team with customer enquiries, pricing and product information.
Prepare sales reports and administrative documentation as required.
Customer Service Provide a professional and friendly service to customers.
Respond promptly to telephone calls and emails.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Escalate customer issues where appropriate.
Office Administration Carry out general office administration and filing.
Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation.
Maintain company records and databases.
Order stationery.
Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Marketing & Certification Assist with website, social media and marketing activities.
