We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and motivated team player to join our team as a new Trainee Site Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to develop a long-term career in construction and has a passion for learning and personal growth. As a company, we pride ourselves on the support offered to employees including the opportunity for training courses and mentors with extensive experience to help develop employees within their roles and expand their knowledge.
The successful candidate will support our current site team and help manage the day-to-day running of our installation sites.
- Must be able to travel (Job will be predominantly site based in and around the M25)
- A valid full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential for this role. A company car will be provided upon successful completion of the probationary period.
- Qualifications in construction and/or experience in site-based construction
- Liaise with Projects Manager
- Inspection of works on site
- Material management
- Liaise with site managers with any issues or concerns
- Help where needed on site labouring – set up/instruct loading out
