We are delighted to be recruiting an Administrator/Admin Assistant to join a successful construction business in Bridgend. This a great opportunity to join a robust and successful company and on offer is a good starting salary, ongoing career potential, a degree of flexible working over a projected 30 hour working week. You will also enjoy a friendly and supportive working environment.

Experience providing admin support in the construction industry is essential, you will ideally have some knowledge of CE Marking Procedures, CHAS and Construction Line.

Construction Administrator duties will be varied but will include:

Providing administrative support (emailing, filing, logging/updating database system/CRM etc).

Liaising with clients, suppliers, internal staff by phone and email, and logging the information/any actions to be done.

Attending meetings with Director to take minutes, along with dictation for letters/emails

Other general administration and supporting duties as requested by the Director.

Experience as Construction Administrator is essential

Knowledge of CE Marking procedures, CHAS and Construction Line

Friendly, positive attitude.

Trustworthy, and good communication and organisational skills.

Be happy to undertake a varied role.

Computer literate (Microsoft office etc)

Good starting salary (negotiable DOE).
