We’re thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Draughtsman/Detailer with Tekla proficiency to join a successful and growing engineering consultancy based near Oldbury. This role offers the chance to work on diverse Modular, SFS, and Light Gauge Frame projects in a friendly and supportive environment, with excellent long-term career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate 3D CAD models for various Modular, SFS, and Light Gauge Framing projects using Tekla.
  • Produce detailed fabrication drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and erection drawings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Contracts, Workshop) and external stakeholders, including Architects and Engineers.
  • Handle technical queries (RFIs) and ensure resolutions are timely and accurate.
  • Manage projects independently or contribute as part of a team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience and proficiency in Tekla software (essential).
  • Experience with Light Gauge Framing or SFS projects (preferred).
  • Strong organisational skills to manage workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to commute to Oldbury (this is a full-time, office-based role).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
