Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensuring employees are trained to satisfy the cleanliness standards established by clients;
- Ensuring periodic work is complete within work schedule;
- Perform site inspections and joint inspections with clients;
- Mitigates problems, complaints and issues on the ground in a timely manner;
- Maintain schedules and reports;
- Reports to management on major issues affecting clients, contract schedules, employees and image of the company.
