We are launching outreach initiatives to partner with companies in the construction industry and seek a Volunteer Partnership Lead to drive this effort. Impact You will be instrumental in providing access to Steeev for vulnerable men in the UK, particularly in the construction sector, helping reduce loneliness and suicide rates by fostering real friendships and enhancing mental health support. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential construction industry partners across the UK. Engage with HR, wellbeing teams, and leadership to present the Steeev platform. Coordinate partnership launches and ensure employees gain access to Steeev. Develop outreach materials and onboarding resources collaboratively. Maintain records of conversations, partnerships, and impact metrics. Candidate Requirements Essential: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport. Experience in partnership, business development, stakeholder engagement, or outreach. Comfort with cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone. Organizational and administrative skills to track and follow up. Confidence in representing Steeev on sensitive topics like loneliness and mental health. Desirable: Familiarity with or experience in the construction industry or related sectors. Understanding of workplace wellbeing or employee engagement programs. Experience working with small charities, CICs, or social enterprises. Personal Qualities Passionate about men’s mental health and social connection. Empathetic, non-judgmental, and comfortable discussing emotional wellbeing. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. A team player willing to collaborate and share updates. Committed to making a meaningful difference in men’s lives. What You Will Do As Volunteer Partnership Lead, you will identify and build partnerships with construction companies, trade bodies, unions, and wellbeing providers.
