We are building a smart, gamified community where men can connect authentically and meaningfully. This is not just another social app—it’s an AI-driven, ethically gamified platform that helps men build real friendships while proactively signposting support for mental well-being.

Your Role:

  • Lead the Tech – Architect and develop our MVP over the next three months and beyond
  • Tokenised Gamification – Build an ethical engagement system to encourage meaningful interactions
  • AI‑Driven Sentiment Analysis – Implement machine learning to detect signs of loneliness and proactively connect users to support
  • Scalability & Security – Ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure
  • Grow & Lead – Assemble and manage a high-performance development team
  • Be a True Cofounder – Full involvement in strategy, product vision, and long-term growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full-Stack & AI Expertise – Web and mobile development, ML/NLP for sentiment analysis
  • Startup Mindset – Comfortable in fast-moving, high-impact environments
  • Blockchain & Tokenisation – Experience with Web3-style engagement models is a plus
