In order to meet the needs of our current schools and schools that choose to join us, we are looking to recruit a full-time Head of Early Years School Improvement. The successful candidate will lead the strategic approach to early years' education for the Trust. The post holder will oversee the flourishing of all early years' settings in our PFCMAT schools and also seek ways to support provision by developing a strategic approach to early intervention, parental support and community partnerships.
This exciting work will enable all of our children to make the best possible start to their education as they begin their learning journey with the Trust. We are looking for an experienced early years leader who is committed to Catholic education, our Mission and Values. We want to recruit someone who will have the respect of our leaders and who will help them drive continuous improvement in their schools.
