This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Technologist, based in Liphook, Hampshire, with some remote work. The Architectural Technologist will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, working collaboratively with architects and other team members to develop project designs, and preparing construction and architectural drawings. Other responsibilities include ensuring compliance with building regulations, supporting project delivery, and contributing to the successful execution of architectural projects.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Technology and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Technical Drawing and creating precise, detailed Working Drawings.
- Experience with Architectural Drawings and producing comprehensive Construction Drawings.
- Strong understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as our native CAD/BIM software ArchiCAD.
- A relevant degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience in historic and conservation projects is a plus.
