Location: Tewkesbury – Ashchurch Site

Full Time/Permanent – Mon-Thurs 7am to 5pm

About the Role

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet customer and company quality standards before dispatch. You will carry out visual inspections during and at the end of the manufacturing process, identify non-conformances, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement across the business. Flexibility is key, as you may also be asked to support other areas as needed.

About You

  • You have experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, or calibration environments, and a proven ability to carry out quality inspections and identify non-conformances.
  • You are familiar with measuring and test equipment, with a basic understanding of electronics.
  • Knowledge of IPC Class 3 standards for soldering and crimping is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings and follow work instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to support different areas of the business when required.
  • Curious and open-minded, always seeking better and more efficient ways of working.
  • Driven to deliver high-quality results and take pride in your work.
  • Motivated to learn and develop, actively seeking opportunities to build your skills and knowledge.
