We are looking for a proactive NEBOSH-certified HSE Advisor to support our site leadership teams, drive compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across our Redditch, Leominster, and Tewkesbury sites.
The Role
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation and environmental regulations
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Provide practical HSE guidance and influence site leadership
- Support maintenance of statutory inspections, PPM schedules, and contractor management
- Drive continuous improvement and HSE initiatives across multi-site operations
- Assist in safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives

About You
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH General Certificate minimum; IOSH or other HSE qualifications desirable
Experience:
- HSE experience in engineering, manufacturing, or workshop environments; multi-site experience advantageous
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication, able to influence leadership
- Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and solutions-focused
- Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills
- Competent in digital HSE tools and reporting
Desirable:
- ISO 45001/14001 knowledge, involvement in audits, safety training, and environmental management
