Steatite Limited in Tewkesbury is seeking a Senior Wires/Technical Trainer to lead wiring capability development across the Group.
You will be the lead trainer, coach junior staff and provide hands-on support within the wiring function to support production output.
This role focuses on embedding IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 standards, maintaining wiring workmanship, safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.
