Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships, managing complex employee relations matters, and supporting organisational change? Steatite, part of Solid State PLC, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join our growing HR team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll partner with managers across the business, provide expert HR advice, support strategic people initiatives, and help drive a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Manage complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance to managers
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding and employee development activities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Contribute to HR projects and People Strategy initiatives
  • Deliver training, coaching and leadership support
  • Produce HR metrics and insights to support business decision-making

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Previous experience within manufacturing, engineering or a technical environment would be advantageous
