The Role: Reporting to the Communications Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects across Steatite as an end‑to‑end process, building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing third‑party suppliers to ensure service levels meet project demands. You will:

  • Lead complex, multi‑year communications projects from concept to delivery
  • Manage risks, governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
  • Oversee project dashboards, business reviews, and performance metrics
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management

About You: Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified, ideally with a technical or defence background. Strong knowledge of ITIL4/ITSM, Service Level Agreements, and project delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ex‑Armed Forces experience is highly welcomed—we value the skills you bring. Ability to obtain DV security clearance.
