As Steatite continues to grow, we're looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail who is passionate about quality and takes pride in ensuring our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers. Working closely with our Production and Engineering teams, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring products meet customer, regulatory and company standards before dispatch. Key Responsibilities Carry out visual and dimensional inspections throughout the manufacturing process and on completed products Ensure products meet customer, regulatory and company quality standards before dispatch Identify, record and report non-conformances, maintaining accurate quality records and supporting corrective actions Use inspection and measuring equipment to verify product conformity Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and work instructions to ensure products are manufactured to the required standard Work collaboratively with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives Support wider quality activities across the business as required Skills
