Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves managing and providing Quality Engineering support to ensure products and processes meet business and customer requirements.

The Person We Seek
We seek an experienced Quality Engineer familiar with defence standards, technical documentation, engineering drawings, and continuous improvement. The role requires security clearance eligibility, influenced by nationality and background.
Responsibilities
- Manage inspection and certification plans
- Support contract reviews and customer requirements (APQP, PPAP)
- Conduct in-process and final inspections
- Support manufacturing with quality issues
- Improve procedures and measurement systems
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and manage non-conformance issues
Key Competencies
- Experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of technical documentation and defence standards
- Experience with electronic components and cabling
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Internal ISO 9001:2015 auditing experience
- Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, IPC standards
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
