The Role: Reporting to the Communications Program Manager, you will manage a variety of projects across Steatite as an end-to-end process, building excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders, and managing third-party suppliers to ensure service levels meet project demands. You will:
- Lead complex, multi-year communications projects from concept to delivery
- Manage risks, governance, quality assurance, and compliance requirements
- Oversee project dashboards, business reviews, and performance metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and service management
About You: Prince2 Practitioner or APM PMQ qualified, ideally with a technical or defence background. Proven experience managing IT/Defence-focused projects end-to-end. Strong knowledge of ITIL4/ITSM, Service Level Agreements, and project delivery methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ex-Armed Forces experience is highly welcomed—we value the skills you bring. Ability to obtain DV security clearance.
