We are seeking a Configuration and IPS Manager to join our team and take ownership of configuration management, IPS governance, and AR&M across a complex contract. The Role – What you will be doing
- Own, maintain, and govern the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for all in-scope systems and assets.
- Define, implement, and enforce configuration management policies, processes, and baselines.
- Manage configuration change control, ensuring all changes are reviewed, approved, documented, and auditable.
- Lead IPS and AR&M activities, ensuring alignment with service, support, and sustainment models.
- Support audits, assurance reviews, and governance forums with authoritative configuration and IPS evidence.
- Serve as the primary configuration and IPS point of contact for internal teams, customers, and subcontractors.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous enhancement of configuration governance and tooling.

- Skilled at managing CMDBs, configuration audits, and lifecycle data.
- Knowledgeable in IPS and AR&M principles and their application in contractual frameworks.

- Collaborative, confident, and able to engage with teams across engineering, project management, and assurance.
