  • Supplier Management & Strategic Sourcing
  • Build and manage relationships with suppliers across RF, electronics, machining, PCB assembly and precision engineering sectors.
  • Identify, qualify and onboard new suppliers to improve capability, capacity and resilience.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements and service levels.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans where required.
  • Planning, Inventory & Materials Control
  • Oversee demand planning, MRP activities and inventory optimisation.
  • Ensure robust material traceability and configuration control.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to support prototype builds, long lead‑time planning and design‑for‑manufacture activities.
  • Logistics & Compliance
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Ensure compliance with export controls, customs requirements and relevant quality standards.
  • Support adherence to ISO9001, AS9100, Ro HS and REACH requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop a small supply chain team.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Commercial functions.
  • Provide regular reporting and insight to senior leadership on performance, risks and opportunities.
  • What We Are Looking For

We're looking for a supply chain leader who combines strategic thinking with strong operational delivery and thrives within a technically complex manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience in a Supply Chain Manager or senior supply chain leadership role.
  • Experience within RF, electronics, aerospace, defence or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of low-volume, high-complexity manufacturing and engineering supply chains.
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
  • Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
