About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands‑on role with greater technical responsibility — combining precision assembly and testing with ownership of quality standards and technical decision‑making. You will work on bespoke RF and electrical products, acting as a trusted technical point of contact within the team and supporting the delivery of safe, reliable, right-first-time builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly
- Assemble, test, and inspect mechanical and electrical components to defined quality standards
- Convert stock materials into finished products with precision and repeatability
- Diagnose faults, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Take ownership of quality and process compliance within your area
- Lead initial investigations into production or test failures and support improvements to work instructions
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to corrective and preventive actions
- Support efficiency, product quality, safety, and new product introductions
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members
