We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Finance Manager to join our growing business during an exciting period of transformation. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, strengthening financial controls and providing meaningful commercial insight to operational teams.
What you will be doing
- Preparing monthly management and group reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs)
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Providing commercial and financial insight to support business decisions
- Preparing VAT and statutory returns
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting
- Supporting payroll, pensions and year-end reporting
- Contributing to process improvements as the business continues to evolve
About you
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proactive, organised and adaptable
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Manufacturing experience and ERP knowledge would be advantageous
- This role requires the successful candidate to be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
