The Role
This is a unique dual‑role position combining Technical Training and Solutions Engineering. You will work closely with our Training and Solutions Lead and wider Communications team to:
- Deliver high‑quality technical training to customers
- Act as a technical specialist for Wave Relay® MANET solutions
- Support customer deployments, demonstrations, and trials
- Help design and configure communication networks
- Provide hands‑on technical support both on‑site and remotely
Expect a varied role with significant time spent working directly with customers (often over 50% travel). No two weeks look the same.
What you will be doing
- Create and improve training materials and presentations
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for MANET and comms solutions
- Support network design, configuration, and integration
- Assist with development testing and system builds
- Deliver demonstrations and capability showcases
- Support field deployments and trials
- Build strong, trusted customer relationships
