Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Internal Sales role based at Stearn Manchester. The Internal Sales team member will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing and supporting client accounts, processing orders accurately, and maintaining effective communication with customers and suppliers. The role will also involve working closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and participating in sales initiatives. Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on understanding and responding to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and contributing to team success.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with sales and CRM systems.
  • Prior experience in the electrical wholesale or industrial distribution industry is advantageous.
  • A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
