At Steamatic, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Receptionist to join our team. In this full-time position, you will play an important role in providing direction and guidance throughout the life of claims while meeting specific reporting KPIs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process and action all phone/email enquiries.
- Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure that work is properly planned and that both internal and external customer requirements are met.
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle data entry and file management.
- Communicate with specialist contractors.
