We’re searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer‑facing skills to drive adoption, retention, and long‑term success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
The Role
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients across the region.
- Drive customer success through solution onboarding, optimisation, and roadmap alignment.
- Provide hands‑on technical guidance on deployments, integrations, and best practices.
- Own the technical relationship and act as a voice of the customer internally.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
- Manage escalations and ensure customers receive timely, high‑quality support.
- Deliver workshops, QBRs, tailored technical reviews, and architecture recommendations.
About You
- Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
- Experience in a customer‑facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Consultant, etc.).
- Able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about customer experience.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Bonus: experience with major security vendors, SIEM/NDR/XDR, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
