We’re searching for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who can combine deep technical expertise with exceptional customer‑facing skills to drive adoption, retention, and long‑term success across a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.

The Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the trusted advisor to your customers—ensuring they maximise value from cutting‑edge network security solutions. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to deliver best‑in- class technical guidance, solution optimisation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients across the region.
  • Drive customer success through solution onboarding, optimisation, and roadmap alignment.
  • Provide hands‑on technical guidance on deployments, integrations, and best practices.
  • Own the technical relationship and act as a voice of the customer internally.
  • Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
  • Manage escalations and ensure customers receive timely, high‑quality support.
  • Deliver workshops, QBRs, tailored technical reviews, and architecture recommendations.

About You

  • Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, or cloud security.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Consultant, etc.).
  • Able to confidently engage with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about customer experience.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Bonus: experience with major security vendors, SIEM/NDR/XDR, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
