StealthWatch is partnering exclusively with a fast-growing AI-powered Security Operations (SOC) vendor that is transforming the way organisations detect, investigate, and respond to cyber threats. Following a period of significant growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Account Manager to join their customer-facing team. This is a fully remote opportunity, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer engagement skills with a deep technical understanding of cybersecurity and security operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them maximise the value of an innovative AI-driven security platform.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own strategic customer relationships post-sale, ensuring customers successfully adopt, optimise, and expand their use of the platform. Working closely with Security Operations teams, CISOs, Security Engineers, and technical stakeholders, you'll provide technical guidance, drive customer success, and serve as the voice of the customer internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead technical onboarding, adoption, and optimisation initiatives
- Conduct regular business and technical review meetings
- Provide best-practice guidance around SOC operations, threat detection, and security workflows
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams to resolve issues and influence product development
- Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and support account growth
- Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Technical Account Manager, Security Consultant, Solutions Architect, Security Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or similar role
- Strong technical cybersecurity background gained within a vendor, MSSP, consultancy, or enterprise security environment
- Experience working with SOC teams and security operations technologies
- Knowledge of one or more of the following: SIEM, XDR, SOAR, MDR, Threat Detection
