Backed by top-tier investors and a visionary leadership team, they’re now looking to hire their first Sales Leader in the UK to spearhead expansion across EMEA.

The Opportunity:

This is your chance to be the founding sales hire outside the US — giving you a rare blend of strategic influence and long-term upside. You’ll be the driving force behind new business growth across key industrial verticals, working closely with the C-suite to shape go-to-market strategy, build pipeline, and land flagship customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end sales efforts across EMEA, targeting high-value industrial accounts
  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy from scratch
  • Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise stakeholders (C-level, Ops, IT)
  • Work closely with marketing and product to shape messaging and roadmap
  • Lay the foundations for future team growth across the region

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in selling data or analytics solutions
  • Experience working with or selling into industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, logistics, etc.)
  • Track record of building territory from zero – ideally as a first-on-the-ground hire or in a start-up environment
  • Comfortable navigating long, complex enterprise sales cycles across multiple geographies
  • Strong communicator and self-starter with a builder’s mindset
