🛠️ The Role
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a key role in post-sales engagements — leading implementation, integration, and optimisation of the company’s advanced security platform within customer environments.
You’ll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery while providing best-practice guidance and hands-on engineering expertise.
💼 Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of the platform into client environments.
- Design and deliver technical implementation plans tailored to customer infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and professional services engagements.

- Travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally within EMEA (as needed).
