Role
As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a key role in post‑sales engagements — leading implementation, integration, and optimisation of the company’s advanced security platform within customer environments.
You’ll work closely with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery while providing best‑practice guidance and hands‑on engineering expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end deployment and integration of the platform into client environments.
- Design and deliver technical implementation plans tailored to customer infrastructure.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Support, Sales Engineering) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and professional services engagements.
- Provide knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to ensure customer self‑sufficiency.
- Travel to client sites across the UK and occasionally within EMEA (as needed).
- Strong experience in network security, cybersecurity, or infrastructure engineering.
- Proven track record in customer‑facing Professional Services, Consulting, or Implementation roles.
- Hands‑on experience with security technologies such as Network Security, firewalls, NDR, IDS/IPS, or cloud security tools.
- Comfortable designing and deploying solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
