  • Technical Depth & Decision-Making: Comfortable challenging senior architects on system design and making decisive, firm-wide trade-offs under constraints. Expert at translating high-level security strategies into practical, everyday engineering workflows and compliance outcomes.

Proven track record running global engineering across multiple business lines, including executing large-scale platform consolidations and managing shared data/infra functions. Experience operating within strict regulatory frameworks (MiCA, DORA, SOC 2) and managing engineering across compliance-driven information walls.
