We are an emerging venture capital fund focused exclusively on defense and dual-use technologies —with a geographic focus on NATO-aligned Europe and opportunistic investments in the U.S. We back startups that build mission-critical solutions for the modern battlespace, with a focus on robotics, unmanned systems, AI with clear defense applications , tactical edge devices, expeditionary infrastructure, and scalable dual-use technologies.
Founded by a former U.S. Marine officer and CEO of a highly successful defense robotics company, we are mission-driven and operator-led. We are built to serve as a catalytic bridge between undercapitalized defense innovators in Europe and global sources of capital, expertise, and scale.
Our model is lean, impactful, and differentiated by operational expertise, deep defense experience, and focused on frontier defense ecosystems in the Baltics, Nordics, Eastern Europe, and beyond.
