We are looking for a commercially driven professional with established retail and private label connections to lead UK business origination — opening doors, securing listings, and winning private label contracts.
This role is suited to someone entrepreneurial, high-energy, outcomes-focused, and motivated by high commission upside, not a fixed salary.
You Will:
- Use your existing network of confectionery buyers and sourcing teams to introduce our capabilities to retailers, wholesalers, importers, and distributors.
- Secure branded listings, private label tenders, and trial volumes across grocery, discounters, convenience and wholesale channels.
- Lead the full opportunity journey — introductions, sample evaluations, pricing, contract discussions and go-to-market readiness.
- Build and maintain strong long-term buyer relationships and category credibility.
Profile:
- Existing network with UK confectionery buyers (Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Bestway, B&M, Nisa, convenience groups etc).
- Experience with both branded listings and private label negotiations.
- Proven track record of initiating conversations and converting them into commercial deals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — prefers ownership, lean setup, and rewards linked to performance.
- Self-starter, results-driven, commercially smart.
We Offer:
- High commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.
- Fixed retainer.
- Ownership of origination roadmap.
- Remote working and/or part-time options available.
Success Looks Like:
- First UK retail listings and distributor agreements activated.
- Private label tender secured with volume commitments.
- Active negotiations across multiple channels.
- Commercial traction within first 12 months.
