Technical Talent Acquisition specialist required by a fast growing Series B tech company, focused on scaling their engineering organisation in France. This is a contract role where you will act as part of the internal TA function, partnering closely with hiring managers and driving high quality pipelines across a range of engineering positions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own end to end hiring for engineering roles across France, from intake through to offer.
- Work as an internal partner to the client's hiring teams, building strong relationships and understanding technical requirements.
- Proactively source backend, frontend, data, infrastructure, and platform engineers.
- Manage fast, candidate friendly processes with clarity and consistency.
- Influence hiring decisions by sharing market insights, pipeline data, and recommendations.
- Represent the company authentically in the French tech market.
- Support continuous improvements to their hiring toolkit, process, and candidate experience.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience hiring engineers in house or in an embedded recruitment model.
- Fluent French and strong English communication skills.
- Strong sourcing ability and confidence managing multiple technical requisitions at pace.
- Experience partnering with engineering leaders or tech founders.
- Ability to work remotely and stay deeply connected to distributed teams.
- A practical, solutions driven mindset with a focus on quality.
- Experience in a startup or scale up environment.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and basic reporting.
- Understanding of the French engineering talent landscape.
