We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as the CEO’s right-hand partner in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This is not a traditional EA role — it requires someone highly proactive, deeply organised, and capable of operating across multiple businesses, projects, and functions simultaneously.
You will play a critical role in keeping the CEO focused, informed, and operating at maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and is obsessed with execution and organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritise time, focus, and decision-making.
- Manage a complex and dynamic calendar across multiple businesses.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and ensure clear action tracking.
- Prepare briefings, documents, and summaries ahead of key meetings.
- Build and maintain structured workflows using tools such as ClickUp.
- Own task management systems, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Continuously improve internal processes for speed, clarity, and efficiency.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and documentation across projects.
- Support multiple ventures and business lines simultaneously.
- Drive execution on key projects, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Step into different roles as needed (operations, hiring support, admin, coordination).
- Act as a central point of communication across teams and businesses.
- Draft emails, updates, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Ensure alignment across priorities and teams.
