We’re building a future where endometriosis diagnosis is non-invasive. We are an early stage startup with big ambitions. Non-dilutive funding is core to how we are scaling. We’re actively pursuing:

The Role
You will own our approach to grants and funding:
- Shape funding strategy
- Identify and prioritise opportunities
- Lead high-quality applications end-to-end
- Build a scalable funding pipeline
- Work closely with founders and technical teams
What You'll Do
- Sourcing & Strategy
- Identify relevant UK, EU, and global funding opportunities
- Spot less obvious / underused funding sources
- Prioritise what we should (and shouldn’t) pursue
- Writing & Delivery
- Lead strong, competitive grant applications
- Align proposals with funder priorities
- Partnerships & Consortia
- Build and support multi-partner collaborations
- Help form Horizon / global consortiums
- Navigate stakeholders across academia, industry, and government
- Systems & AI (Bonus)
- Help improve how we track and manage funding opportunities
- Use or build AI agents to:
- Source and triage grants
- Track deadlines
- Support drafting and iteration
- Improve speed and consistency
What We Are Looking For
- Essential
- Proven success winning grants from:
- Innovate UK / UKRI
- Horizon Europe
- (ideally) Wellcome Trust / NIHR
- Experience in deeptech, medtech, diagnostics
- Experience building consortiums (UK, EU, global)
- Experience working with government or academic stakeholders to unlock further funding
- Experience using AI or automation in workflows
Compensation
We’re open to flexible structures:
