We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as the CEO’s right-hand partner in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This is not a traditional EA role — it requires someone highly proactive, deeply organised, and capable of operating across multiple businesses, projects, and functions simultaneously.
You will play a critical role in keeping the CEO focused, informed, and operating at maximum efficiency.
Executive Support & Operations- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping prioritise time, focus, and decision-making.
- Own task management systems, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and documentation across projects.
- Support multiple ventures and business lines simultaneously.
- Drive execution on key projects, ensuring deadlines and outcomes are met.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Step into different roles as needed (operations, hiring support, admin, coordination).
- Draft emails, updates, and internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
Tech-savvy — highly proficient in tools like ClickUp (or similar task/project management platforms). A strong communicator with high emotional intelligence. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced environment (startup experience preferred). Strong project management and organisational skills. Experience supporting senior executives or founders is highly desirable.
