We are a defence-tech startup from London that specializes in technologies that can analyze social data with the power of AI and psychology to generate insights and intelligence that were not possible before. The company was founded on the premise that data can be used for social good and with our technology, we are building the capability to predict potential threats to companies or analyze public perception on various policies or initiatives and much more. We are currently focusing on a variety of key projects within Defence as we see tremendous possibility to impact operational planning within the sector. We believe this is a perfect time for an experienced Platform Lead to join our team.
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Platform Lead who has solid experience in DevOps working with multiple platforms in data-heavy products. The role offers remote flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platform to support AI-driven products and massive data workloads.
- Drive best practices in infrastructure automation, DevOps, MLOps, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and incident response.
- Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to understand infrastructure requirements and proactively solve platform-related challenges.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.
- Manage platform reliability, uptime, observability, and incident response processes.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers within your team.
