We are an early-stage fintech startup re-wiring the global payments infrastructure. Today, sending money across borders is slow, expensive, and fragmented. We are here to fix that—making instant cross-border payments a reality. We’re building a new kind of payments network from scratch. No legacy systems, no tech debt. Just a clean slate, strong vision, and very high standards. We’re backed by deep industry experience and are building a small team of exceptional engineers and builders in London.
This role is ideal for a final-year student who spends their nights building AI products in Lovable, Bolt, Cursor or Claude Code instead of just sending CVs.
The Role
Your job will be to design and build an AI-native go-to-market engine that finds the right companies, understands them, and reaches out intelligently at scale. You’ll work directly with the founder and Sr Engineers to:
- Build an agentic GTM system that autonomously discovers, researches, and prioritises target companies
- Design AI agents that can generate highly personalised outreach
- Build pipelines that continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion
- Integrate data sources (LinkedIn, company databases, CRM, etc.)
- Experiment rapidly with LLMs, APIs, and automation tools
- Build internal tools that help us turn AI into revenue
This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role. You’ll ship fast, experiment constantly, and own real systems that affect company growth.
What We’re After
You are an engineer first. But you’re also fascinated by AI, automation, and building systems that do work for you. You likely:
- Love building things quickly and experimenting
- Use AI tools daily to code faster and think better
- Have high agency and take ownership of problems
- Enjoy figuring things out without being told exactly what to do
Technically you’re comfortable with:
- Python or TypeScript
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- APIs and data pipelines
- Automation tools and integrations
You don’t need to know everything. You just need to learn extremely fast.
Desirable Experience
- Building AI agents or automation workflows
- Experience with web scraping, data enrichment, or APIs
- Built side projects using LLMs
- Familiar with tools like LangChain, vector databases, or workflow automation
- Interest in startups or building your own company one day
What You’ll Gain
- Work directly with the founder on a mission-critical system
- Learn how AI-native companies actually build growth engines
- Build real systems that drive pipeline and revenue
- Work at the bleeding edge of AI development
For the right person, this internship can turn into a full-time founding role.
Why Join Us?
- Build from 0 → 1. You’ll help build the first version of an AI-native GTM engine inside a company trying to reinvent global payments.
- Real ownership. You won’t be shadowing someone. You’ll build systems that the company depends on.
- Learn extremely fast. Small team. High expectations. Real problems. Work with intensity and purpose, in-person in London with a small team of true builders.
Why You Shouldn’t Join
- You want a safe internship where expectations are low.
- You want clear instructions and a well-defined role.
- You don’t enjoy experimenting or shipping quickly.
- You think AI is mostly hype.
Logistics
- Location: Hybrid - London (in-person)
- Timing: Final term internship with potential full-time conversion
- Compensation: Competitive internship salary
- No visa sponsorship available.
Build Challenge (Highly Encouraged)
We care much more about what you can build than how polished your CV is. If you want to stand out, build a small visual GTM project for a B2B fintech. Use whatever you want: Lovable, Bolt, Claude Code, Cursor, Python, TypeScript, OpenAI, Anthropic. We do not care about the stack. We care about taste, speed, and how you think. Your project should show us how AI could help a fintech generate pipeline.
Please send:
- A link to the project
- A short Loom walking through it
- A few lines on what you used AI for when building it
It does not need to be perfect. We care about initiative, product instinct, speed, and quality of thought. Applications without examples of things you have built will likely be ignored.
To Apply
Please send:
- Your CV
- A short note on why you want to join
- Examples of things you’ve built using AI
