The role: Founding Lawyer - Corporate/VC You're the founding partner who builds and owns our corporate and venture practice.
You run corporate and financing matters end to end, from incorporation and governance to funding rounds, equity and convertible instruments, secondaries and M hybrid considered, in-person strongly preferred.
