London (King’s Cross, mostly in-person). We’re an AI health startup building the future of preventative healthcare. We’re reimagining the entire system from first principles, with AI at the core. We’re hiring two founding engineers to bring this vision to life.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Build it all: From scratch. No tech debt, no legacy systems. You’ll own the frontend, backend, and early infrastructure.
- Design the architecture: This is your system to shape: tools, patterns, infra. You decide what “great” looks like.
- Think like a founder: We’ll lean on you to help us hire, scale, and avoid dumb decisions. You’re early, and it shows.
- Be here: We’re in-office most days. Fast, fun, chaotic. In-person energy is our unfair advantage.

- You’ve built and shipped full-stack apps (React, Next.js, TypeScript, etc.).

- You’ve integrated third-party APIs - ideally in messy, real-world domains.
- You thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- You’re London-based and love building in the room with smart, mission-driven people.
- You want meaningful equity - and you’re ready to earn it.
Bonus points
- Experience with workflow automation tools.
- Any experience in HealthTech or regulated environments.
- Former founder / early eng hire.
