What if game studios could deploy autonomous agents that played their games 24/7, finding bugs, breaking systems, and validating releases before players ever touched them? We’re building exactly that. Our mission is simple: game developers should spend their time creating worlds, not manually testing them. We’re developing autonomous AI agents that can understand gameplay, navigate complex game environments, execute actions, discover issues, and verify player experiences across mobile and PC titles.
What you’ll work on:
- Building autonomous gameplay agents that can navigate games without scripted paths
- Connecting multimodal AI models to real-world actions such as taps, clicks, swipes, movement, and interaction
- Designing systems that operate reliably across devices, screen sizes, operating systems, and game genres
- Building automation and infrastructure that can execute thousands of gameplay scenarios every day
- Creating evaluation frameworks that measure what matters: finding bugs, validating experiences, and improving release quality
- Working directly with game studios to understand how modern QA operates and where autonomous agents can create the most value
You might be a fit if:
- You’ve built AI systems that interact with the real world rather than simply generate outputs
- You’ve worked with computer vision, multimodal models, video understanding, robotics, autonomy, automation, or complex interactive systems
- You’ve built systems that had to deal with uncertainty, changing environments, and unexpected failures
- You enjoy solving difficult engineering problems across ML, infrastructure, systems, and product
- You’re excited about taking ownership in a small team and helping shape both technology and company direction
- Experience building products from zero to one
- A genuine curiosity for games and interactive systems
We’re a small team with strong technical foundations, early customer traction, good investors and a clear vision for where autonomous agents are heading. You’ll work directly with the founders, ship quickly, influence core technical decisions, and own systems that sit at the heart of the product. Competitive salary and meaningful equity included. If you’re excited by the idea of teaching AI agents how to understand and play games at scale, we’d love to talk.

How to prepare for a job interview at Stealth Startup
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Stealth Startup uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
