About Us: We’re an exciting new consumer start up preparing to disrupt a niche within the beauty and lifestyle space. Currently operating in stealth mode, we’re gearing up for a bold launch and are building a founding team of creative, driven individuals who want to help shape something from the ground up. We’re looking for a hands-on Content & Digital Marketing Executive with a strong videography background to lead our social media storytelling, content production, and digital engagement. If you’re highly creative, camera-confident, and keen to be part of a high-growth venture, this is your moment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Build out a consistent content calendar to support key campaigns.
- Drive growth and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Work directly with early ambassadors and winners to create trust-building content.
- Update digital content and promotional messaging via no-code tools (Webflow or similar).
- Ensure key pages are always relevant and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with design and tech to optimise performance and flow.
- Present and host live social giveaways or announcement-style videos.
- Be comfortable on camera, engaging audiences in real-time.
- Produce high-quality video assets for marketing use.
Digital Growth & Paid Media:
- Launch small paid media campaigns to boost reach and conversions.
- Track social and campaign performance via analytics dashboards.
- Support influencer outreach and user-generated content initiatives.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You:
- Have hands-on video editing and production skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Understand social media trends and know how to create scroll-stopping content
- Are comfortable presenting on camera and can bring energy to live or pre-recorded formats
- Have a working knowledge of tools like Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, or basic HTML/CSS
- Know your way around Meta and TikTok Ads, and basic analytics platforms
- Love working in fast-paced, start-up environments where creativity and autonomy are key
