I’m Richard, an insight-driven entrepreneur with a background in product design, strategy, and data storytelling. After over a decade helping organisations like Google, Harvard, and Spotify turn data into action, I’m now focused on something more personal: helping individuals better understand their patterns, choices, and direction.
I’m building Photo-graph: a platform designed to help people use their own data to make more intentional decisions, supported by clear, personalised insights.
Now I’m looking for a technical co-founder to help bring it to life. Photo-graph exists to unlock personal data in a way that’s ethical, useful, and deeply human. We’re building something that redefines how people engage with their data, not just to look back, but to move forward with confidence.
- Led or helped build a standout digital product from scratch
- Worked across machine learning, data visualisation, or cloud infrastructure
- Got a strong sense of product intuition and an ethical tech mindset
You believe in building tools that support wellbeing, purpose, and growth, not just for the few, but for anyone curious to grow. You may be London or SF-based (or flexible), and open to starting with a short, trust-building phase before committing fully.
10+ years of experience in product strategy, data storytelling, and commercial growth - Track record across marketing, sales, finance, and growth - with the network to scale from ground up.
If this sounds like something you’ve been waiting to build, I’d love to chat. Let’s build something that helps people better understand themselves and those around them, so they can move forward with clarity and intention.
