We're hiring our first designer to own product design end to end. You'll work independently most of the time, and you'll have the room and the mandate to raise the bar on everything we ship.

  • Product UI and UX across the whole platform, turning complex verification, credit and payments workflows into interfaces that are clear, trustworthy and genuinely easy to use.
  • The end-to-end design process: user flows, information architecture, interaction, and polished visual design.
  • Customer research, from planning sessions to turning findings into product changes.
  • Design quality at ship time, working alongside engineering through to release.
  • Our design language: applying and extending our existing component system so the product stays consistent as it grows.

A genuinely excellent product designer. We're a small team and this is a high-trust, high-impact role, so we care above all about the quality of your work and judgement.

  • 8+ years in product design, with a portfolio that shows it.
  • A strong track record designing complex, data-dense B2B or SaaS products: dashboards, multi-step flows, tables, forms and workflow tools. Fintech, accounting, credit or payments experience is a real plus.
  • Genuinely end to end: fluent across UX, interaction and visual design, not just one.
  • Fluent in Figma, comfortable designing into an existing component system, and confident working through design-to-code handoff with engineers.
  • A pragmatist who ships.

Remote in the UK, with occasional days in London. Contract, roughly full-time to start, with flexibility to discuss. Start: as soon as possible. We can't sponsor a visa. Competitive rate, we'll discuss it early in the process.
